Refund policy
1. In case you want to change your registration detail after approved
Change request is only valid during the registration period.
Please contact the organization team if you want to change the events you may participate in. we will reply individually on how to pay or receive the balance.
2. In case you are still on the waiting list at the end of registration period, so that your registration is not approved
You can receive a full refund.
3. In case you want to cancel your registration after approved
You cannot receive any refund.
